Service Scope

BaiVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites, with coverage across 120+ countries and 160+ routes. The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage describes the overall range of available routes; it does not mean every route is always available or guarantee access to any particular website or app.

The service provided is defined by the active subscription, traffic balance, and applicable information shown in the user panel. Accounts, content, and usage rights for third-party websites are not included. Users are responsible for following the requirements of those platforms. Check the packages page for package details.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription details, and order records secure. Do not disclose your password, subscription URL, or credentials that can be used to import the service. If you notice unusual logins or compromised credentials, change your password promptly and report the issue through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, provided they are managed by the account holder. Unlimited devices do not permit account resale or sharing. You may not lend or transfer your account without permission, publicly distribute or split a subscription for sale, or charge third parties for access.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Choose a billing option that suits your needs, and review the order details shown in the user panel before proceeding.

Acceptable Use

Users must follow the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service. Use the service only for lawful purposes, and take responsibility for your access activity, published content, and data processing. Network acceleration does not change ownership of third-party content or remove the need to obtain any required permissions.

You may not use the service for unlawful activities such as network attacks, malicious scanning, distributing malware, fraud, or violating another person's privacy or intellectual property. Do not disrupt service operations, access another person's account without authorization, or abuse the service through automation in a way that affects other users. BaiVPN may conduct necessary checks when suspected violations are identified.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Your connection experience may be affected by your local network, device settings, carrier routing, the status of the destination website, and route maintenance. BaiVPN may adjust routes and connection methods for maintenance, troubleshooting, or security reasons. If an issue occurs, consult the troubleshooting guide and submit details about the problem.

The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, nor does it guarantee how third-party platforms determine regions, review accounts, or display content. For force majeure events and third-party failures beyond the reasonable control of the service, BaiVPN will assist with troubleshooting based on the circumstances. Responsibility will be determined under applicable law and the actual cause; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If there is unlawful use, credential theft, public sharing, subscription resale, or serious disruption to service operations, BaiVPN may take measures proportionate to the risk, including restricting connections, suspending an account, or terminating the service. Where an urgent security risk requires immediate action, related access may be restricted first while the circumstances are reviewed.

If you disagree with an outcome, submit order records, the time of the incident, and a description of the issue through a ticket to request a review. Cover passwords and subscription credentials when submitting materials. The handling of orders after an account restriction will be determined under applicable policies and laws; these terms do not generally exclude users' legal rights.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

If service changes or compliance requirements necessitate updates, BaiVPN will publish revised terms on this page and update the date. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through an on-site notice or a message in the user panel. The timing and scope of changes are governed by the notice and applicable law; simply updating this page will not retroactively change the terms of completed orders.
