This policy applies to the BaiVPN marketing website and user panel. It explains how data is handled when providing account management, network acceleration and subscription services. Third-party payment pages and other websites visited by users are governed by their own privacy policies.
Account and Order Information
BaiVPN does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. The account data processed includes the username, password verification credentials, subscription status and data usage. This information is used for sign-in verification, subscription services and calculating available data, not to infer users' browsing interests.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status and transaction reference information. They are used to confirm payments, process refunds and resolve billing disputes. When a user submits a support ticket, this service also processes its text and any attachments provided voluntarily. Do not include passwords, full payment credentials or subscription links that can be used directly in a ticket.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
BaiVPN does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history, visited content or DNS query records, or create connection logs for tracing individual browsing activity. Data billing uses account-level aggregate usage, without information about destination websites or request content.
Temporary session states needed to maintain a connection are used only to authenticate and forward the active connection. They are released when the connection ends and are not kept as historical connection logs. Network monitoring focuses on service status and aggregated errors; monitoring data is not compiled into individual browsing histories. The no-logs policy does not mean that account, order or support information submitted by users is not retained.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help assess page visits, referral channels, button usage and page errors to improve content and user flows. They measure use of the marketing website and user panel, not external websites accessed through the network acceleration service. Analytics events should not contain passwords, authentication credentials or subscription content.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain sign-in, save language preferences and retain necessary interface settings. The user panel stores authentication credentials locally to support signed-in actions. Users can restrict or clear storage in their browser settings; doing so may require another sign-in and may reset some preferences. After using a shared device, sign out and clear the relevant site data.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third parties. BaiVPN receives the payment result and transaction reference information needed to verify orders and does not require the login password for a payment account. BaiVPN does not sell users' personal information. Necessary information is shared with relevant processors only when required to provide the service, handle user requests or meet applicable legal obligations. Its purpose and scope of processing are limited. Before leaving this site for a third-party page, users should verify the destination and its data handling rules.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and handle related requests. Order and refund records are kept as required for billing checks, dispute resolution and applicable law. Analytics and support data are deleted or de-identified after their respective purposes have been fulfilled. This policy does not set a single fixed retention period; data is retained only to the extent necessary for its actual purpose.
To access, correct or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. This service will verify account ownership before processing the request and explain any information that must be retained and why. Deleting an account may affect subscription access and the ability to view historical records; account deletion is not a refund request.
Policy Updates and Related Information
If data handling practices change, BaiVPN will update this page and the last-updated month at the top. Changes that materially affect processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as required.
